INDIAN KEBEB PATTI VERMICELLI COATED

Ingredients used in INDIAN KEBEB PATTI VERMICELLI COATED
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Onion chopped - 1/2 cup.
• Green chilly (chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Potatoes (boiled and grated) - 1 cup.
• Green peas (boiled and grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Lobia (cow pea) boiled - 1 cup.
• Chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Vermicelli - 100 grams.
Method:
  • In a bowl add cowpeas, green peas, boiled grated potato, chopped onions, chopped green chilly, onions, chopped coriander, cumin powder, garam masala, chilly powder, salt, mashthem all.
  • Make a dumpling and dip the dumplings in the all-purpose flour slurry the coated with vermicelli and deep fry the dumplings.

Serve this hot with sauce.

Oh my goodness! You could use leftovers to make this! I never would have thought to roll them in vermicelli, how awesome ...thanks chef! .....and I have all the ingredients to make this :)

Cow pea,green peas,potato and vermicelli a very nutritious recipe and a nice combination.It's looks so good I feel like swallowing it even before frying, but can get the real taste of the kebab after frying with vermicelli. Thanks so much Chef S
