Ingredients:
Besan flour - 250 gm
Whole wheat flour - 250gm
Hing - pinch
Turmeric - pinch
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 10 ml
Fennel seeds - 5 gm
Pepper corns - 2 gm
Coriander seeds - 1 gm
Cumin seeds - 1 gm
Amchur powder - 1 gm
Sesame seeds - 2 gm
Poppy seeds - 3 gm
Coconut - 5 gm
Sugar - 5 gm
Water - 250 ml
Method:
This is an ideal snack which could be best served during parties, get-togethers and most people from Gujarat carry this variety of snacks during travelling in trains as it’s easy to carry and not messy.
