FRENCH FRIES SANDWICH

Ingredients used in FRENCH FRIES SANDWICH
• Potato(big size) - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• All purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Nutmeg - 1 pinch.
• Processed cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Bread - 5-6 slice.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Fried onions - ½ cup.
• Mushroom(piece) - 1/4 cup.
• Sweet corn - 1/4 cup.
• Cabbage - 1/4 cup.
• Spring onion green portion(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Remove the peel of potato and cut into thick slices later cut into lengths.
  • Boil water with little salt and add potato and cook it until it is 80% done.
  • Remove and place on a plate, allow it cool.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add all purpose flour and cook it on slow flame by stirring it.
  • Switch off the flame and add milk and mix it, later cook it again until it becomes thick by stirring it.
  • Switch off the flame and add nutmeg, grated processed cheese, and mix sauce nicely.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add french fries and deep fry until brown color later transfer into a paper towel.
  • Take a bread slice and spread tomato ketchup, sprinkle fried onions, mushroom sauted in little oil, sweet corn, cabbage and place another bread slice on top of it.
  • Apply butter on it and cook it on the grill to make a sandwich.
  • Transfer into chopping board and cut into a triangle shape.
  • Take a serving plate, add sandwich, french fries, later top it with sauce and garnish with spring onion.

Now french fries sandwich is ready to serve.
