HYDERABADI CHICKEN SPRING ROLLS

Ingredients used in HYDERABADI CHICKEN SPRING ROLLS
• Chicken boneless minced - 250 grams.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 bunch.
• All purpose flour - 3/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and saute it, later cook and transfer into a plate.
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, salt, butter and mix nicely.Add water and mix nicely to make soft and rest it for 5-10 minutes.
  • Divide dough, roll into thin sheet and cut into strips.
  • Place stuffing in center of strip and apply slurry of all purpose flour dissolved in water to the edges and close the edges and roll it like as shown in video.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken spring rolls and transfer into a plate.

Now hyderabadi chicken spring rolls are ready to serve.
