HORSE GRAM AND DILL LEAVES VADA

Ingredients used in HORSE GRAM AND DILL LEAVES VADA
• Horse gram - 1 cup.
• Red chillies - 6 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Dill leaves(finely chopped) - 3 bunch.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Soak horse gram and red chillies in water for overnight and strain the water in morning.
  • Blend both black gram and red chillies to make a paste with out any water.
  • Take it in a bowl and add salt, finely chopped dill leaves, onions, coriander leaves, rice flour and mix it nicely.
  • Now make flat vada’s with the mixture and deep fry them in hot oil.
  • Cook them on low flame so that they are cooked inside nicely.
  • Once they turn golden in color take them out on tissue paper and serve hot with any kind of chutney.
