HEAVENLY JUMBO PRAWNS

Ingredients used in HEAVENLY JUMBO PRAWNS
• Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Rock salt - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Butter - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Garlic cloves chopped finely - 2 numbers.
• Bread crumb - 2 tablespoons.
• Big sized prawns - 2 big.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Remove the prawn legs tail part also cut them head part. Also, open it and clean them with water.
  • Prepare a mixture of finely chopped garlic and room temperature butter.
  • To it, add crushed pepper, chopped parsley, bread crumbs, lime juice, rock salt along with brain part of prawns and mix well.
  • Take this mixture and spread it into the cutprawn then mix bread crumbs and parsley and spread the mixture, grated cheese also, bake the prawns into the OTG for 10 to 15 minutes, after 15 minutes check the prawn are cooked.
