Healthy Vegetable Wrap  - Be Fit Be Cool AAPI

Ingredients used in Healthy Vegetable Wrap - Be Fit Be Cool AAPI
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Bengal gram (boiled) - 1 cup.
• Spinach (blanched and chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Lime juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Yogurt - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Cabbage (grated) - 2 tablespoons.
• Cucumber (shavings) - 2 tablespoons.
• Onion (slices) - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cucumber - 1/2 cup.
• Nutmeg powder - 1 pinch.
• Carrot (shavings) - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Make a dough of wheat flour by seasoning it with salt (to taste) and keep aside.
  • After some time, divide the dough into small portions.
  • In a bowl, add boiled Bengal gram, spinach, pepper powder, salt, nutmeg powder, lime juice and mix well.
  • To prepare yogurt sauce, add yogurt, chopped garlic, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
  • Now roll the kneaded dough like a thin sheet then roast it on both sides.
  • At last, top it with cabbage, cucumber, carrot, onions, above prepared bengal gram mixture, yogurt sauce, tomato ketchup and fold the wrap cut into pieces.
Healthy Vegetable Wrap is ready to serve.
