Healthy No Added Fat - Dates and Nuts Candy

Ingredients used in Healthy No Added Fat - Dates and Nuts Candy
• Dates - 1 cup.
• Almonds - 15 grams.
• Cashew nuts - 15 grams.
• Pistachio - 15 grams.
• Walnuts - 15 grams.
Method:
  • Chop the dates finely and put in a blender then make it like a Paste.
  • Micro wave the nuts like almonds, pistachio, walnuts, cashew nuts for 2 minutes for 30 seconds interviewal, and crush them by using the rolling pin then add crushed nuts to dates Paste and knead it like a dough,
  • Cut in to pieces as you like and serve it.

No fat added, however most nuts are very rich of fats. Almond and Pistachio for example contain 40-50% Fat.Also, if you're gonna cook healthy, it's better to look at the total energy content than focus solely on reducing fat.I guess this are
