HEALTHY ALOO CHANA CHAAT

Ingredients used in HEALTHY ALOO CHANA CHAAT
• Potato - 2-3 numbers.
• Garbanzo(boil) - 2 cups.
• Onion(finely chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chaat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Mint leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind chutney - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Pomegranate seeds - 1/4 cup.
• Butter (melted) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Ghee(optional) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a mixing bowl add boiled potato pieces, boiled garbanzo, finely chopped onions, green chili, red chili powder, chaat masala powder, chopped coriander and mint leaves, lemon juice, salt, tamarind chutney (sweet chutney) pomegranate seeds, melted butter (optional) mix well.
  • Add roasted and crushed cumin powder and mix it well.

Now Healthy aloo chana chaat is ready to serve.
