HAWAIIAN SANDWICH

Ingredients used in HAWAIIAN SANDWICH
• Boiled chicken - 1 cup.
• Pineapple, finely chopped - 1/4 cup.
• Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons.
• Bun - 1 no.
• Lettuce - (1-2) leaf.
• Celery, finely chopped - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Cut boiled chicken into small pieces and add finely chopped celery.
  • Also add small pieces of pineapple, mayonnaise and mix it well.
  • Take fresh half bun and place lettuce on it and add the chicken stuffing on it.
  • Now keep the other half bun on it and cut it into half to enjoy this sandwich with tomato ketchup and chip's.

Amen! I did a dish (and told someone about it) with pineapple in it and I was asked why I didn't just buy a fresh one. WHY? Cheaper in a can and less work. Plus, they're too damned expensive! And they aren't "all over Hawaii".

Looks good! Folks keep in mind that this sandwich, which he said was served at a resort, probably cost per serving what we make in a week. So, fresh pineapple would be much cheaper in a homemade serving than to buy this sandwich pre-made. Some folks
