Ingredients used in GRILLED PINEAPPLE
• Pineapple - 1 numbers.
• Mint leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Amchur powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Red chili paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Cut pineapple into long pieces along with peel. Take a bowl and add mint leaves, amchur powder, garam masala, ginger powder, red chili paste, sugar, lime juice,tomato ketchup, sugar,salt and mix nicely Apply this mixture on pineapple pieces and keep aside. Heat butter in a pan and add pineapple pieces and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame. Transfer into serving plate and cut into pieces. Now grilled pineapple is ready to serve.
