Ingredients used in Green peas paratha
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 4 cloves.
• Green peas - 100 grams.
• Whole wheat flour - 2 cups.
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan add garlic, green chilly, salt, cumin powder, saute this, add green peas cook this the butter, switch off the flame, put it in the blender make a paste.
  • In a bowl add chapatti atta (whole wheat flour) add oil, salt, water make it into a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions, Stuff the green peas masala into the dough.
  • Take some flour with the help of the rolling pin roll the paratha.
  • Put the paratha on the tava cook it on both sides with ghee or butter.
