GREEN PAPAYA CURRY WITH KHOYA

Ingredients used in GREEN PAPAYA CURRY WITH KHOYA
• Papaya - 1 numbers.
• Khoya - 1 cup.
• Ginger - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 1 teaspoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Cashewnuts - 1 teaspoons.
• Raisins - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 4 teaspoons.
• Green chillies - 5 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Pepper corns - 1 teaspoons.
• Caraway seeds - 1 teaspoons.
Method:

1. Take a pan add some water and chopped papaya and let it boil for few mins.

2. Then take another pan and add oil, caraway seeds, chopped ginger, chopped garlic,

chopped onion.

3. Add soaked cashew nuts, soaked raisins, curry leaves, add boiled papaya pieces,

chopped green chilies, coriander powder and milk.

4. Saute all these nicely for few mins.

5. Then add khoya to it and mix it well.

6. Now add the crushed peppercorns.

7. Saute it nicely for few mins.

8. Serve with hot rice.
