Ingredients used in Green Beans with Almonds
• Green beans - 500 grams.
• Almond - half tea spoon.
• Peanut oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 1 clove.
• Cumin powder - half tea spoon.
• Paprika - half tea spoon.
• Clove powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 4 cups.
Method:
  • Clean and trim green beans.
  • In a pan add water, salt and beans. Simmer until beans get tender, about 30-45 minutes.
  • Drain and put in serving dish.
  • In a pan add remaining ingredients (except almonds) over medium heat and cook for two minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add almonds and stir briefly to coat.
  • Pour the oil mixture over the green beans and toss gently until beans are thoroughly coated.

Serve warm.
