Ingredients used in Gourmet Oatmeal Cookies
• Mixed herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Baking powder - 3 grams.
• Oats - 50 grams.
• Wheat flour - 175 grams.
• Honey - 15 ml.
• Sugar powder - 25 grams.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Pepper powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Milk - 20 ml.
Method:
  • In a bowl add butter, sugar powder cream it, add honey, mix it well.
  • In a bowl add wheat flour, oats, baking powder, sesame seeds, mixed herbs, pepper powder, salt, mix it well and add this flour into the butter and sugar mixture.
  • Add milk, mix it like a dough, roll them into thin sheet and cut them into your choice shape, transfer them into a baking tray and bake them at 180 c for 15 minutes.
