GINGER CHUTNEY GREEN

Ingredients used in GINGER CHUTNEY GREEN
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 1-1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind(soaked - 3 grams.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, and saute it.
  • To it add green chillies and saute it, later add sugar and switch off flame.
  • Transfer into mixie jar and add salt later blend into a smooth paste.

Now ginger chutney green is ready to serve.
