GINGER CHICKEN

Ingredients used in GINGER CHICKEN
• Turmeric - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Red chilli powder - half tea spoon.
• Jeera powder - half tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Tomato puree - half cup.
• Onion - half number.
• Ginger - 1 tablespoon.
• Chicken - 2 lbs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
Method:
  • Wash chicken. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and marinate while you cut onions, green chillies and ginger.
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute onions until they are light brown.
  • Add ginger and green chillies and fry until ginger is cooked.
  • Add tomato puree and and bring it to boil and add marinated chicken and cook until chicken is cooked and sauce thickens.
  • Add pepper and jeera powders and cook for couple of mins. Granish with coriander leaves.
