Ingredients used in GARLIC BUTTER BAKED FISH
• Salt - to taste.
• Cheese - 1 tablespoon.
• Lemon juice - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Bell pepper - 6 slice.
• Chilly flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cooked basmati rice - 1 cup.
• Fish (sea bass) - 1 piece.
• Bread crumbs - 1 tablespoon.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions (slices) - 2 numbers.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Thyme - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take sea bass fish marinate with salt, pepper powder, sprinkle garlic, chilly flakes, bell pepper, lemon juice, cheese, bread crumbs, butter, and transfer fish on to a baking plate.
  • Heat butter in the pan and add some onions and sprinkle salt, saute them, and switch off the flame.
  • Some onions put it on the top of the fish and put the fish plate in the oven cook it for 15 minutes.
  • In the rest of onions add sugar, thyme, add a cup of cooked basmati rice, and add chilly flakes.
  • After 15 minutes take out the fish plate and serve hot with rice.

I tried this last night and it was great - a couple of things what temperature should the oven be turned to - I tried 350F and it took a little longer than 15 mins I used rock fish and the rice was to die for. I am going to try it again with salmon f
