GARLIC BREAD

Ingredients used in GARLIC BREAD
• Warm water - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Dry yeast - 1/2 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Butter/olive oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 2 teaspoons.
• Herbs - 2 tablespoons.
• Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons.
• Paprika powder - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take warm water and salt in a bowl.
  • Now add sugar, dry yeast and mix it well.
  • Now add all purpose flour, butter and mix it nicely.
  • Rest it for 1 hours, after 1 hours it becomes double in size.
  • Take chopped or crushed garlic and butter in a bowl and mix it.
  • Take small portion of dough and roll it with a rolling pin.
  • Fold it into half and transfer in a baking tray.
  • Apply garlic and butter mixture on it.
  • Sprinkle the pizza seasoning(Parmesan cheese, herbs, paprika powder) on it.
  • Now with a knife give some gashes on it and bake this at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
  • After baking cut into pieces and serve hot with Mayonnaise or cheese.

Made this garlic bread.. The bread did rise from upside after baking in oven but the middle inside folded part was left undercooked.. Don't know what to do. Please suggest. I really love this dish.?

Should i reduce the temperature if i am baking it in a convection oven as i heard we need to reduce the temperature or cooking time to 25% while using convection oven. ?
