Ingredients used in FRITTATA OF POTATO AND CHEESE
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Potato(grated) - 1 number.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions - 1-2 numbers.
• Oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Boiled egg - 1 number.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cheese - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Carrots(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Sweet corn - 1/4 cup.
• Mixed herbs - 1 pinch.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Dill leaves - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
Take a bowl and add eggs, salt, grated potato and beat it. Heat pan and add half teaspoon garlic, onions, 1 tablespoon oil and saute it, on top of it pour egg mixture. On top it arrange boiled egg pieces and sprinkle pepper powder, salt and cook it with cheese on top of it, later transfer into serving plate. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in another pan and add onions, salt, half teaspoon garlic and saute it. To it add carrots, sweet corn, mixed herbs, tomato and mix nicely and cook the sauce for 3 minutes. Arrange sauce with dill leaf on top of potato frittata. Now frittata of potato and cheese are ready to serve.
