Fried Corn Cakes with Green Onions

Ingredients used in Fried Corn Cakes with Green Onions
• Onions (finely chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger ( finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red bell pepper (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Spring onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Red chili flakes - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Indian corn - 2 numbers.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Oil - to fry.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • Take indian corn, remove the kernels and put it into the blender to make a coarse paste.
  • In a bowl, add corn paste, salt, chili flakes, spring onions, bell pepper(red), chopped ginger, chopped garlic, coriander leaves, chopped onions, rice flour, egg, mix it well.
  • Then make this mixture into round portions then make it flat and fry them in the moderately hot oil.

Serve this hot with sweet garlic sauce.

I like the garnish equally as the corn cakes.That garnish looks like the petals in a corn flower. I watched this video 6 times now. Your friend looks very CUTE..I can imagine why the women become powerful. :)
