Ingredients used in fresh fruit custard
• Milk - 1/4 cup.
• Apple - 1 piece.
• Strawberry - 3 numbers.
• Badam - 2 numbers.
• Dry grapes - 12 numbers.
• Grapes - 5 numbers.
• Avacoda (butter fruit) - 1 numbers.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Cardomom - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Take out the outer skin of the avacoda and the seed. Take a cup and Smash the inner part well by using your hands or fork. Then add cold milk till the avacoda becomes like a thick gravy. Then add sugar to taste. Cut the grapes and strawberry into 2 to 4 pieces , cut the apple into very small pieces and add it with the avacoda. Add dry grapes as it is. Take badam and cut a very little pieces and add it. Finnally add cardamom powder for smell. Mix well everything and keep it in refridgerator. Really it is very yummy. Try it once. Except Avacoda, all other fruits are your own choice. No need to cook. Avacoda contains so much of pottasium and it is good for heart.
