FISH WITH GREEN MANGO

Ingredients used in FISH WITH GREEN MANGO
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Raw mango - 2 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Fish - 500 grams.
• Coconut milk - 1/2 cup.
• Curry leaves - 6 numbers.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
  • First, marinate the fish with turmeric and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan add marinated fish and fry them and transfer into another plate.
  • In the same oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, add chopped onions, salt, cook this onion till golden in color.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, raw mango pieces and chilly powder, coriander powder, coconut milk, and add water lid on and cook for 5 minutes.
  • In this add tomatoes, garam masala and fried fish pieces and cook for 2 minutes, switch off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves on the top of the fish curry.

Never seen this before. Normally I make Thai curry with garlic, onion, red chili, lemograss, galangal, shrimp paste, coconut milk, curcuma, kaffir leaves and thai basil leaves.
