Ingredients used in Fish Moilee
• Fish - 1000 grams.
• Coconut milk - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime - 1 number.
• Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Cardamom - 3 numbers.
• Garlic cloves - 5 numbers.
• Ginger - 1 number.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 4 numbers.
Method:
  • In a bowl add turmeric, salt, pepper powder, lime juice, coconut oil mix well then add fish pieces mix well again keep a side.to make coconut milk, take coconut peel the skin and cut into small pieces and blend into a fine paste then pour one glass of boiling water and keep a side for 30minutes, then filter and take out the milk.
  • First in a pan add coconut oil, marinated fish pieces cook for 5 minutesboth the side and keep a side.
  • In the same pan add coconut oil, mustard seeds, crush some cardamom, ginger, garlic and add, oinion, curry leaves, green chillies, salt, crushed fenugreek seeds cook for few minutes then add coriander powder, pepper powder, coconut milk halfthe quantity, mix well and bring it boil then add fish pieces if required add salt, tomatoscut, cook for 2minutes, then add the another halfof coconut milk bring to boil cook for 3minutes and switch off the flame.

serve with rice.
