Ingredients used in Fish Curry With Garlic
• Fish pieces - 1 kg.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Onion chopped - 1 number.
• Red chilies crushed - 6 number.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric powder - half tea spoon.
• Finely chopped garlic - 2 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 & half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

  1. Dry roast coriander and cumin seeds till light brown in color then grind to a fine powder.
  2. Dry clean the fish pieces with a towel and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and red chilies and saute it till onions are slightly transparent.
  4. Then add garlic, grinded masala powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and stir fry till 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add sugar, salt, vinegar and slow cook for another couple of minutes.
  6. At last, add fish pieces and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side on low flame.
