FISH AND CHUTNEY IN BANANA LEAVES PATRA NI MACHI

Ingredients used in FISH AND CHUTNEY IN BANANA LEAVES PATRA NI MACHI
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Grated coconut - 1 cup.
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
• Coriander leaves - 2 bunch.
• Garlic - 10 cloves.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Fish - 500 grams.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Banana leaves - 2 numbers.
Method:
  • Cumin seeds, green chilly, whole garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, grated coconut, salt, apinch of sugar, lemon juice, all these ingredients blend in a blender, make a paste.
  • Marinate the fish with made masala and put it in the banana leaves and fold it.
  • Place these on the steamer and cook for 12minutes or till cooked.

what form of measurement is "b" and "n" I am asuming that "ts" is for teaspoon, "c" is for cup but what about "n" and "b?
