Ingredients used in Fish and Chips
• Green chillis - 3 number.
• Cucumber - 1 tablespoon.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Beer - as required.
• Cornflour - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Maida - 1 tablespoon.
• Lemon juice - 1 number.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fish - 1 number.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Take a plate add lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder mix well then dip the fish fille both the side. Take a bowl add All purpose Flour maida, salt, baking powder, beer mix this well, keep it in a fridge for 15minutes. and yellow food colour In another plate add cornflour and maida dip the marinated fish both the side. To make a mock sauce add vinegar, onion, cucumber, green chillis chopped microwave for 1minute cool it down and add it to mayonees mix well. dip fish in batter and deep fry.

omg... he is making a mock tartar using green chillies ... nd so disgusting.. drinks d beer nd uses the same for the batter.. nd m sure he would serve the same to his guest.. being a chef.. that is not acceptable. follow hygiene.. plz

you are just killing authentic recipes. step out... go 2 places and learn the true recipe... u hv good no of visitors. plz pass on right recipes. or plz just stick to indian cuisine.
