FATTA FAT CHUTNEY - CURRY LEAF CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in FATTA FAT CHUTNEY - CURRY LEAF CHUTNEY
• Curry leaves - 2 bunch.
• Peppercorns - 1 tablespoons.
• Chana dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Tamarind - 10 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Jaggery - 1 sticks.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add pepper corns, chana dal saute it for a minute, then add tamarind pieces and a lot of curry leaves, salt, slightly saute it and switch off the flame, let it cool down.
  • In a blender add jaggery and curry leaves mixture and make a coarse paste. Serve this with curd rice.
