EGG & VEG CHAPATI BURJI

Ingredients used in EGG & VEG CHAPATI BURJI
• Oil - as required.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chilies(finely chopped) - 1-2 teaspoons.
• Beans(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Carrot(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Capsicum(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cabbage(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Potatoes(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric - half tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - half tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chapatti pieces - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Egg - 1 number.
Method:
  • Take oil in a hot pan and add garlic, ginger, onions, salt, green chillies and sauté it.
  • Add beans, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, potatoes and keep cooking.
  • Now add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder and mix it.
  • Now add chapatti pieces and mix thoroughly.
  • Also add egg and mix it, then cook for 2minutes.
  • Add fresh coriander leaves and garnish.
