Ingredients used in EGG RICE
• Eggs - 2 number.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 springs.
• Green chilies - 1-2 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Carrots (chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
• Rice (cooked) - 1 cup.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt (to taste) and saute it.
  • To it, add eggs and cook it by stirring occasionally for 1-2 minutes.
  • Then add carrots to the same pan and cook for some more time.
  • At last, add rice, salt and mix nicely.

Now Egg rice is ready to serve.
