Ingredients used in Egg Omelette
• Grated coconut - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies chopped fine - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Ginger minced - 1 tea spoon.
• Finely chopped onions - 3 numbers.
• Eggs - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ghee - as required.
Method:
  • Separate the whites and yolks into two different bowls.
  • Whisk the egg yolks well in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix it well.
  • Then whisk the egg whites stiff and fold into the mixture.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, pour the egg mixtures and spread it evenly.
  • When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan roll it carefully like a pan roll.
  • Cut into 3 slices and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from fire and serve hot.
