Egg less Cashew Nut Cookies

Ingredients used in Egg less Cashew Nut Cookies
• All purpose flour - 180 grams.
• Vanilla essence - ½ tea spoon.
• Sugar powder - 85 grams.
• Butter - 85 grams.
• Cashew nuts - 55 grams.
• Milk - 15 ml.
Method:
  • In a bowl add butter, powder sugar cream it, add vanilla essence, mix it.
  • In an all-purpose flour bowl add crushed cashew nuts, mix it.
  • Now add all purpose flour in a butter mixture, add milk, mix this like a dough.
  • Roll the dough into a thin sheet, sprinkle the cashew nuts pieces and sugar and run the rolling pin on the top of the sheet, then cut them into square pieces,
  • Transfer into a baking tray bake them at 180 c for 15 minutes.

yummy..hello chef..we r pure vegetarian family..even not eat egg.My request to u is can u show us how to make eggless macaroons..I followed ur recipe so many times.basically macaroons made of white egg yoke.so if possible Pl.tell us.thanks..?
