EASY KHANDVI

Ingredients used in EASY KHANDVI
• Chickpea flour - 1/2 cup.
• Sour butter milk - 1-1/4 cup.
• Asafoetida - 2 pinch.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 number.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add chickpea flour, sour butter milk, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt and whisk it nicely without lumps.
  • Transfer it into a bowl and on high flame pressure cook for 3 whistle.
  • Cook it on slow flame for 5 -8 minutess and switch off the flame.
  • Grease the flat surface and spread the pressure cooked batter then allow it cool.
  • Make the slits, peel with knife and roll it, then place it on serving plate.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves and saute it.
  • Transfer above tempering on top of serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.

Now the healthy snack easy khandvi is ready to serve.
