DRY SHRIMP CURRY

Ingredients used in DRY SHRIMP CURRY
• Dry shrimp - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 1 sticks.
• Onion - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tamarind juice - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Remove head of dry shrimp and place in water and boil it for 2 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and saute it.
  • To it add little water and cook it, later add tamarind juice, boiled dry shrimp and mix nicely.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix nicely.

Now the dry shrimp curry is ready to serve with rice or pulka.
