DRUMSTICK LEAF DRY CURRY

Ingredients used in DRUMSTICK LEAF DRY CURRY
• Drumsticks - 2 numbers.
• Drumstick leaves - 1 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions(chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Green chili - 4 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt saute it for few minutes, once the onions are transparent add green chilli, ginger garlic paste cook this till raw flavor is gone.
  • Add a pinch of turmeric powder, drumsticks and also add some water mix it and put the lid on let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • When drumsticks cooked add red chili powder, coriander powder mix it and put the lid on let it cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes add drumstick leaves cook this for few minutes.
  • When drumstick leaves soft add tomato pieces to cook this till tomatoes soft switch off the flame.

Serve this with rice.
