| • Curry leaves - 2 springs. | |
| • Onion - 1/2 cup. | |
| • Salt - to taste. | |
| • Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon. | |
| • Drumsticks(pieces) - 1 cup. | |
| • Jaggery - 25-35 grams. |

Is there another English word for "drumstick"? In my culture (USA), the word drumstick as it relates to food means chicken leg. To me, your drumsticks look like what we call okra.?
