Ingredients used in DRAKSHA BOBBATLU
• Grapes - 2 cups.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Semolina - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - half tablespoon.
• Maida flour - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Make the dough with Maida and keep it aside.
  • Make grape juice.
  • Take a pan and roast semolina with ghee and add grape juice.
  • Add sugar till it dissolves and becomes thick then add cardamom powder.
  • Mix it thoroughly and suji halwa is ready.
  • Then make small balls of maida dough and keep the halwa mixture in between the balls and close the sides with hand.
  • Make like puri’s and cook on both the sides by applying ghee on it.
