DRAGON DUMPLING OF OKRA

Ingredients used in DRAGON DUMPLING OF OKRA
• Okra / ladies finger (chopped) - 10-15 numbers.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 2-3 numbers.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 springs.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Mixed herbs (optional) - 2 pinch.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Corn meal flour - 1/2 cup.
• Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Buttermilk - as required.
Method:
  • Cut okra and green chillies into thin pieces.
  • Chop onions, curry leaves and coriander leaves, keep aside.
  • Take a bowl, add okra, chopped green chilies, chopped onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves, mixed herbs, all purpose flour, corn meal flour, baking powder, salt, little oil, mix nicely to a thick batter using little buttermilk.
  • Make small dumplings then drop this dumplings in hot oil and deep fry until crispy.
  • Transfer into a serving plate and serve it with chili garlic sauce.
