Ingredients used in dhone pata bata (ground coriander leaves)
• Mustard oil - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Green pepper - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
• Black cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 1/2 numbers.
Method:
make a paste of coriander leaves amp; green peppers in a food processor.. add mustard oil on a heated pan..make small pieces of the garlic amp; then add them onto the pan.. add black cumin seeds .add tomato pices....then add the paste.. add salt amp; turmeric powder..saute it.. serve with steamed rice... tastes yummy...
