DESICATED COCONUT AND QUINOA PAYASAM

Ingredients used in DESICATED COCONUT AND QUINOA PAYASAM
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Raisins - 10 number.
• Charoli (chironji) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cashew nuts - 6-8 number.
• Quinoa (soaked for 30 mins) - 1 cup.
• Dessicated coconut - ½ cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Palm sugar - ½ cup.
• Coconut milk - ½ cup.
• Cardamom powder - ½ tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add raisins, chironji, cashew nuts, quinoa, dessicated coconut, water and saute it then let it cook with closed lid for 3 minutes.
  • Then add palm sugar, coconut milk and mix it, later place the lid and cook it for another 3-4 minutes.
  • At last, sprinkle cardamom powder and mix it thoroughly.

Now dessicated coconut quinoa payasam is ready to serve.
