Ingredients used in Deep-fried Oyster
• Oyster - 16 numbers.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Bread crumb - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour (maida) - 1/4 cup.
• Cabbage (chopped) - as required.
• Pepper powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to taste.
Method:
  • Clean oysters in salted water. Dry oysters with a paper towel. Sprinkle salt and pepper over oysters.
  • Put flour, beaten eggs, and panko in separate plates.
  • Coat oysters with flour, eggs, then panko.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry oysters in hotoil until they turn brown.

Place shredded cabbage in a plate and serve fried oysters on the side.
