| • Packets vanilla ice-cream - 2 numbers. | |
| • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon. | |
| • Cookie crumbs - 2 cup. | |
| • Dry bread crumbs, powdered finely - 1 cup. | |
| • Coconut, desiccated - 1/4 cup. | |
| • Egg, beaten - 1 numbers. | |
| • Oil - to fry. |
Scoop and roll ice-cream into 6 balls then freeze for 2 hours.
Mix cookie crumbs, vanilla essence and 1 egg beaten. Keep aside.
In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs and coconut powder.
Later, dip the ice-cream balls in above mixture.
Serve with ice-cream sauce of your choice
