Ingredients used in DATES AND OATS MILK SHAKE
• Oats - 1 cup.
• Seedless dates - 1 cup.
• Ice cubes - 2-3 numbers.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Fresh cream - 1 tablespoon.
• Dry fruits chopped - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take oats in a bowl and add little hot water in it.
  • Transfer this in a blender and add chopped seedless dates.
  • Blend it once again with ice cubes and milk.
  • Take it in a glass and add fresh cream and finely chopped dry fruits on it.
