Ingredients used in Dal Okra or dal lady fingure
• Corriander - 1 to taste.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
• Hing - 3 pinch.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 13 leaf.
• Tamarind juice - 3 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 200 grams.
• Okra - 250 grams.
• Toor dal - 250 grams.
• Onion - 2 small.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Chenadal - 1/2 tablespoons.
Method:
cook dal ,onion and tamarind juce in pressure cooker.Then fry tomoto pieces with little oil and then fry cut okra with little oil. Now boil the dal for 5 min with some water, then add fried tomato,fried okra and chopped corriander. cook this mixture till the dal is done. Then add tempering with chooped garlic,hing,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leaves,red whole chilli,urad dal and chena dal.
