Ingredients used in CRISPY POTATO
• Potato (grated) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• White pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 1/2 cup.
• All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Meethi chutney - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Remove peel and grate potato and transfer into a bowl.
  • To it add salt, white pepper powder and mix nicely.
  • In another plate add corn flour, all-purpose flour, a little salt, and mix nicely.
  • Take small dumpling of potato mixture and make flat round shape using hand and coat it with all-purpose flour mixture and keep aside.
  • In the leftover all-purpose flour mixture add water, mix nicely to make a slurry.
  • Dip coated potato mixture and shallow fry in a hot pan with little oil on both sides.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Green chutney: In the mix jar blend green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, lime juice into a smooth green paste.
  • Pour this mixture on top of the fried potato and garnish with meethi chutney in the middle.

Now the crispy potato is ready to serve.
