Ingredients used in Crispy Fingers Eggplant
• Rice flour - ½ cup.
• Chilly flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oregano - ½ tea spoon.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Big egg plant (brinjals) - 2 numbers.
• Bread crumb - ½ cup.
• Powder cheese - 1 tea spoon.
• Chat masala - ½ tea spoon.
Method:
  • The first eggplant cut them into fingers, size strips and keeps it in the water.
  • Ina bowl add egg, oregano, salt, and chilly flakes, mix it and transfer into a plate.
  • Take a plate and add rice flour, salt, Roll eggplant strips in rice flour and dip in egg mixture and again roll eggplant in rice flour and dip in egg mixture and roll in breadcrumb mixture, then deep fry them.
  • Now sprinkle some powder cheese and chat masala then Serve it.
