Ingredients used in Crispy Baked Chicken Strips
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Chicken strips - 250 grams.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take bread crumbs into the plate, add butter, mixed herbs, mix it and add 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, and rub them all together.
  • Cut chicken into thin long strips, take them into the bowl add cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt, chili powder, mix this well.
  • Take this chicken strips dust with all purpose flour, dip them into the beaten egg, coat with breadcrumbs, arrange them on the baking tray and bake them at 220 c for 12 minutes.
  • After 7 minutes remove the tray and turn the chicken strips another side
  • Again put it back into the oven and bake them.
