Ingredients used in Creamy White Mutton
• Mutton - 1 Kg kg.
• Yogurt - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 1/4 cup.
• Finely chopped onions - 1 cup.
• Ginger - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chillies - 8 - 10 numbers.
• Cashew nut paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Cream - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Marinate the mutton with Yogurt, salt and pepper powder and keep for an hour.
  • Pour oil in a pan and sort it by adding onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies. The colour of the onions should not change. Filter out the sorted mix from the oil and make a fine paste of it by mashing in the blender.
  • Heat the same oil again and add the paste and sort it for a minute. Add the marinated mutton into it and cook well. Add the required amount of water as per your taste.
  • Once cooked add the cashew paste and the cream. Allow it to boil.

The dish is ready.
