Ingredients used in Creamy White Mutton
• Mutton - 1 Kg kg.
• Yogurt - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 1/4 cup.
• Finely chopped onions - 1 cup.
• Ginger - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chillies - 8 - 10 numbers.
• Cashew nut paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Cream - 1/4 cup.
Method:
Marinate the mutton with Yogurt, salt and pepper powder and keep for an hour. Pour oil in a pan and sort it by adding onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies. The colour of the onions should not change. Filter out the sorted mix from the oil and make a fine paste of it by mashing in the blender. Heat the same oil again and add the paste and sort it for a minute. Add the marinated mutton into it and cook well. Add the required amount of water as per your taste. Once cooked add the cashew paste and the cream. Allow it to boil. The dish is ready.
