Ingredients used in Cream Chicken
• Salt - to taste to taste.
• Milk - 20 ml.
• Ginger - 3 -4 inch oz.
• Green chillies - 10 nos numbers.
• Chicken - 1 Kg large.
• Black pepper - to taste to taste.
• Cream - 200 ml.
Method:
In a non-stick pan add the milk, chicken, half slit chillies, long slits of ginger, salt and let it cook covered on medium flame till the chicken is cooked. After the chicken is cooked tender uncover the pan and let the liquid evaporate on high flame. Add the cream and black pepper powder and cook for 10 mins on high flame to make a thick curry. Serve hot with Masala rice or Chapati
