Ingredients used in Cranberry Chutney
• Fresh cranberries - 1 cup.
• Chopped green chillies - 3 no.
• Sliced ginger - 1 piece.
• Chopped garlic - 4 no.
• Chopped green coriander - 1/2 bunch.
• Jaggery - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat some oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. when they crackle add the sliced ginger and chopped garlic to it. When they are fried, add the cranberries and green chillies. Let it cook on medium heat till they are completly cooked and cranberries are softer.
  • Now add the chopped coriander leaves and let it cook with closed lid. Then add some water in between and let it cook.
  • Add salt according to ur taste and jaggery to it. When completely cooked, season with sugar and put the mixture in the blender and blend it to fine paste.

Your tasty chutney is ready. You can have it with any of ur snacks.
